We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer- MSAN which may be of interest to you. The main scope of the job is detailed below.

The services to be provided during this phase are:
1) Replacement of faulty parts forms its own service parts warehouse 
2)Management of services parts and logistics Internal escalation procedure 
3) Periodical software back-up (also part of operating task) 
4) Investigation and diagnosis through means of internal product tests 
5) Reloading of identical programs and files 
6) Preventive actions concerning the environment, assembly and hardware 
7) Collection of fault messages 
8) Back up of internal system failure reports 
9) Monthly reporting with statistics 
10) Updating of documentation 
11) Site access management 
12) Investigation and diagnosis through specific means 
13) Analysis of fault and alarm messages and diagnosis 
14) Supply of workaround solution 
15) Implementation of software correction and critical problem 
16) Replacement of faulty sub-assembly (such as defective shelves etc )
17) Preventive actions up to software (files, backup)
18) Conduct System Health Check (Weekly and Monthly)
19) Conduct Preventive Maintenance (half yearly)
20) Execute remedial solutions (software/hardware) from 3rd level 
21) Based in Employer’s assign office and carry out the operation and maintenance in respective regions. 
22) Own transportation is required.
23) All travelling expenses will be fall under subcontractor including Transportation expenses.
24) Working Hours - 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
25) Standby hours - 24x7 (dealing with fault after working hours, inclusive public holiday and weekend)
