Director Of Service Delivery - Shenzhen China
This is a Senior Management position responsible for the delivery of global services across multiple Business Units (Network Rollout, Managed Services, Technical Services, Customer Support and Network Integration).
Ideally with 20 years industry experience, the candidate will have a proven track record of service delivery with a leading Telecoms Equipment Vendor.
A strategic thinker, who is able to identify market requirements and deliver services to meet those requirements.
The candidate will need to have a sound business understanding and have demonstrated his ability to define KPI’s, manage large budgets and responsibility for profit and loss.
An in depth understanding of the industry, the trends that are driving the market, customer and supplier understanding.
Scope
Management of the Service Delivery Business consisting of Programme Management Office, Contract Support and Resource Management.
Define and implement service delivery strategy.
Enabling, supporting and optimizing service delivery across multiple Business Units.
Reduce service delivery costs by driving efficiencies into the process.
Defining KPI’s in line with business requirements.
Provide SWAT support to key markets
Target setting and performance management.
Competence development and knowledge management.
Location isShenzhen ,China
Duration is: 6-12 months renewable
