3G Optimization Engineer position in Turkey

Location: Istanbul, Turkey.
Duration: 6 months.
Start date: 28.06.2010.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English;
2. Skillful to operate office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.;
3. GSM/WCDMA RF experiences, strong knowledge of GSM/WCDMA system principles and RNO flow;
4. Strong skill set of operating GSM/WCDMA drive testing tools.
5. At least 4 years of RF optimization experience;
6. At least 2 years HUAWEI UMTS/HSPA products RF experience;
7. Be familiar with Huawei RAN features, parameters, performance counters/formula, and basic tools (e.g., M2000, MML, LMT, Nastar )
2 years of recent Huawei optimization experience is a must.
Candidate should be able to interact with Huawei R&D.
Should have very strong technical background.
