RF planning experts required - for 4G Mobile WiMAX and LTE

Hello, 

We are actively looking for RF network planning experts for our new 4G telecom initiative. 

The position is at Rancore Technologies (New Delhi and Mumbai). 

As part of this opportunity, the following deliverables are expected: 

-- Prior experience of RF planning in 2G or 3G technologies. 
-- Planning the network for coverage 
-- Network planning for capacity : per operating circle. 
-- Network dimensioning for the next 5 years for millions of users who will be chured in. 
-- Experience of handling various RF planning tools. 
-- RF planning and impact ananlysis based on the services to be delivered (IPTV users, voice/video users, delivery of HDTV content etc). 
-- Ability to leverage previous RF planning experience to deliver on the 4G Radio front - for Mobile WiMAX and LTE. 
-- Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
-- Excellent documentation skills.
